Spanish cuisine has become one of the most talked about, dynamic and exciting cuisines in the world. This demonstration will illustrate the simple ingredients a Spanish cook should always have at hands reach. We will learn about different herbs, spices and prepare a variety of sauces, aioli, romesco, salsa verde and sofrito that can beautifully pair with pasta, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish. No matter the preparation grilled or steamed, mastering the fundamentals of Spanish flavors will allow for infinite combinations that will make you shine on your next gathering. What To Expect - Great cooking is not about imitating recipes but creating your own. You will join us for a semi-hands on cooking class led by Executive Chef/Owner Drew Davis. Questions are welcome and always encouraged.
Classes are 2 - 2 1/2 hours long, unless otherwise noted.
